Any email that comes to me saying the words ‘Surprise wedding’ gets me super pumped right from the get go, and that’s how this story began! Monica emailed me one day, saying her and her fiance were planning an engagement party, that turns into a wedding!

How fricken exciting!! And that wasn’t the end of the surprises!!!

I started off by heading over to Matt + Mon’s home, as they were getting ready together (SO sweet), and I walked in as Monica entered the room in her stunning dress for the first time, and I just watched Matt’s face light up.

They drove in the car together to the beautiful White Hills Botanical Gardens, for a few pre-wedding snaps.

Before heading onto The Boardwalk for the big reveal! Matt stood at the front door next to a sign saying ‘Welcome to the WEDDING of Mathew & Monica’

The faces say it all!

The venue was STUNNING. Dripping with fairy lights, candles, the atmosphere was soooo beautiful!

 

Monica’s Brother walked her down the aisle, as all the guests watched on in awe.

Matt + Monica said ‘I do’ under the ambient lights at 7:30pm in a beautiful night time ceremony.

A round of ‘Hello’s’, some yummy food and then onto the D-floor!

I usually announce a best on, but this one was hard! So many great movers & shakers!!!

I think it had to be the dude in black (Soz, forgot your name – I was blinded by your wicked dance moves!)

As the night went on, guests enjoyed delicious desserts from Jamm’d, a personal donut stand (OMG!!).

They drank.

They laughed.

They danced.

The speeches were beautiful.

… And then THIS happened…

(Can you guess what they announced during the speeches?)

Yup, Monica is pregnant!!!

So many surprises all in one fabulous night!

Thank you Matt + Mon for letting me capture these seriously epic  moments in your life!

Little bubba must be due pretty darn soon, so I look forward to hearing your news!!
