Hey Legend! Thanks for stopping by, if you're looking for a particular blog you can click the categories below for easy access!
It was love at first wine with these two…
They both share a love of fine wine, and hope to one day have their own vineyard. So it was only fitting that all of our meetings AND their wedding involved just that!
It was a beautiful (and surprisingly not to hot) February day, and I started off heading over to see Josh and his Groomsmen at a beautiful property they had hired for the night.
Josh had all of his bits and pieces laid out ready to go, including his custom made timber bowtie + cufflinks.
The boys threw banter back and forth, and the mood was light and cheery with only the teensiest portion of nerves!
With the boys dressed and ready to go, it was time for me to head to Morrison’s Winery, where the ‘I Do Crew’ were at the ready in their robes with champagne in hand.
Sooooo much banter! These guys were so bloody funny (mostly X-rated so I cannot repeat, ha!)
Bec got dressed into her AMAZING dress (Watters via Fifi + Edga) – Seriously though, how stunning is it? We took a few more photos of Bec in her gown (including one with a photo of Bec’s Mum who passed away) <3
And with that, it was time to head down to the ceremony down by the lake
Josh was waiting down by the water in front of a stunning arbor that was decked out by Wallingford Flowers (In. Credible!!) along with his Groomsmen, Mumma and puppy, Max!
Bec, walked down by her Dad, looked absolutely radiant, and maybe so happy she might actually burst. Josh, beamed, as he watched his (almost) Wifey walk down towards him.
The ceremony was beautiful. Light filled. Happy. Tears. Laughter. Light-hearted, yet so incredibly moving!
Sealed with a kiss, and now introducing… Mr + Mrs Ennis! Literal cheers from the crowd as these guys walked back down the aisle hand-in-hand, from their amazing group of family and friends.
With the ceremony complete, the amazing Jessica Lorraine belted out her acoustic set under the tree’s while the guests played games and mingled.
I didn’t want to steal the bridal party for too long, but we had to make the most of the picturesque surrounds, and here’s what we captured:
With a few (ok, a lot) quick snaps taken around the property, I wanted to get Bec + Josh back to their guests… So that’s what we did. I photographed the beautiful setup inside, while they mingled and waited for the formalities to begin.
With the bridal party ready to be introduced, it was over to Flick + Tom (Handy to have great friends who can handle a mic!) , the MC’s of the night to kick off the celebrations!
With the sun lowering, I always like to steal my couples to make the most of golden hour, and this sunset was truly amazing!
And with that, it was time to dance! (and my GOSH, they danced!!)
Bec + Josh… Thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of your AWESOME wedding day! It’s clear what amazing humans you are with the company that you surround yourself with – Don’t change please!
Wishing you all the happiness (plus dogs and vineyards) for the future!!
Big Love, Leah
