Hey Legend! Thanks for stopping by, if you're looking for a particular blog you can click the categories below for easy access!
Jess + Mark are such a lovely couple, and along with their Daughter, Sage – This was such a special day for them!
They chose Tindarra Resort as their venue, which is SO SO beautiful. But also really practical as it has all the accomodation on site, and there is no travel time. It also looks out over the Murray River, which is the most beautiful backdrop!
On the morning of the wedding, I started off with the boys at one of the cabins. There seemed to be an endless amount of boys appearing in their underwear. Everywhere I looked, a new one popped up!
They mucked around and had a beer while they got ready and the atmosphere was nice and chill.
Once they got their suits on, there was time for a few photos before I snuck off to the girls.
They all scrubbed up damn fine, and have a look at Mark. Suave!
Across the way over at the girls house, it was buzzing.
The 5 Bridesmaids were there, as well as the kids and parents, and hairdresser and… Just everyone!
Jess was keeping it super calm though, as she cruised around in her robe waiting for instruction.
With the girls captured in their matching robes, and the details all shot… It was time for Jess to get into her dress.
Let me tell you, it is BEAUTIFUL!
Classic and sophisticated, yet modern and edgy. I am totally in love!
And? It fit like a glove. Take a look at her would you?!
With the girls all dressed, it was now just waiting game for all the guests to arrive. The girls cabin overlooked the ceremony, so we peaked through the blinds and watched as friends and family arrived.
Once everyone was ready, the Tindarra golf buggy arrived at the back to transport the girls to a hiding spot where they would start their walk down the aisle.
Mark was at the alter, casually chatting to his guests and his Groomsmen.
Clearly the happiest man in the world, and ready to see his Bride.
As the music started, their beautiful Daughter Sage and Page Boy, Jack walked hand-hand down the aisle nervously. Excitedly.
And once Sage gave her Dad a quick cuddle, she ran off back around the corner back to her Mumma, to walk her down the aisle.
So. Beautiful!
The ceremony was short and sweet. Jess + Mark wanted to focus on spending time with their family and friends, so the formalities were few and just like that…
They were husband + wife!
Jess wanted to find some beautiful locations off site, so I was happy to report back with my secret Moama photo locations, which included some lush grape vines and a historic morton bay fig tree (my fave!)
The bridal party were awesome fun – And a massive shout out to the two beautiful and (pretty) pregnant Bridesmaids who did such an amazing job of being on their feet and still looking radiant!
With the portraits out of the way, it was time to head back to Tindarra to party!
The festoon lighting gave the space all the ambient feels, and all the custom signage and details didn’t go unnoticed.
The bridal party was introduced… And then so were the newlyweds…
Mr + Mrs Reid!
Once the cake was cut, it was time for their first dance, which started off just the two of them, and ended with a family dance of three.
Their Daughter Sage, taking the stage and showing off her dance moves, and quite clearly pretty excited that Mum & Dad were married!!
Once all the formalities were done, it was time for me to head home (and for the party to really begin!)
Thank you so much Mark + Jess for inviting me to be part of your special day. It was such an honour and I wish you nothing but happiness and good health for your future together!
Big Love, Leah
